Dante P. Trevisani has been litigating civil rights cases since he joined FJI in 2010.

As Litigation Director, Dante supervises and leads FJI’s litigation and advocacy efforts. He also served as FJI’s Executive Director from 2019 to 2023.

Dante received his B.A. from the University of Miami–graduating summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa–and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He also served as Managing Editor of the University of Florida Law Review.

Dante is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
