Shiva is a Manager in the Compliance and Risk Management Group at Macquarie, a global investment bank. He covers transactional conflicts, managing regulatory and litigation risk across the bank’s advisory, principal finance and asset management divisions. Prior to joining Macquarie, Shiva was part of the Client and Transaction Intelligence Unit at Credit Suisse, overseeing high risk transactions and sensitive client onboarding. His legal and compliance experience also includes serving as a consultant for the US branch of one of China’s largest banks.

Shiva is an attorney (NY), a certified anti-money laundering and global sanctions specialist, and earned a Master of Laws specializing in banking and corporate law from Fordham. Shiva splits his time between New York and his family home in Miami.
