Michael J. Langley became Executive Director of FJI in December 2023.

Prior to his arrival he served as Director of the Social Impact & Racial Equity Advancement Project at Greater Phoenix Leadership and as Racial Equity Advisor for the nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution DreamSpring.

Phoenix Business Journal named Mike to its prestigious 40 Under 40 list for his ability to deploy a robust knowledge base and skillset to effect change with decision makers and stakeholders at all levels of the government, business, and social sectors.

After he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, Mike earned both his Executive Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Legal Studies, Law and Economics from the University of Arizona.
