Andrew Udelsman joined FJI in 2023 after moving to Miami the previous year.

Upon receiving his B.A. from Yale University, he spent two years serving with the Peace Corps in Rwanda and one year teaching at NYU Abu Dhabi. He then attended law school and received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2017.

Since graduation, Andrew has litigated civil rights cases on behalf of immigrants and asylum-seekers in south Texas and habeas cases on behalf of prisoners sentenced to the death penalty in Nevada. Andrew is a member of the New York Bar.
